12032952_10153795253268984_8345124543154067831_nI love knowledge and being a Real Estate Agent today requires constant mandatory education for license renewals. The industry also has many Specialized Study Courses. Below you will find the advanced knowledge and achievements I have gained through years of experience and study.

Did you ever wonder what all those little letters were by Agent’s names? They are called designations of accomplished specialize study. It means we are investing in our knowledge to provide you, or client, with the best experience and professional service.

Today’s profession of representing Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate is complex and ever changing in laws and documents. There always seems to be a new law that stems from lawsuits or consumer protection acts passed by the Government.

Being aware of as much information as possible is an Asset when you are considering a REALTOR® to represent you. You want as much experience helping you and your family when transacting possibly the largest investment you’ll have.

Buying and Selling Real Estate has become more and more complicated with many new Disclosures and Laws. The days of sticking a sign in the yard and crossing your fingers for a Buyer are long gone.

REALTOR_com-logo-w_tagA REALTOR® is a client advocate, the market expert and the negotiating tiger all wrapped up into one independent contractor. Because REALTORS® are usually solo practitioners, they wear many hats.

They are sales people, but they are also marketing directors, social media managers and data analysts all in one.

A rising number of home buyers are using REALTORS®. About 88% of home buyers purchase their home through a real estate agent or broker—a share that has steadily increased from 69% in 2001, according to the National Association of REALTOR®’s 2013 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers.

Homeowners rely on REALTORS® to help them find the most qualified buyer and to navigate the home selling processes. Rules regarding home sales are always changing, and it is the REALTOR®’s job to stay on top of those market dynamics and pass along their expertise to their clients.

REALTORS® direct their home-buying clients to the best financing options for their situation, and they steer all their clients to make better decisions in preparation for the home buying or selling process.

About BPOR

The current housing market presents many challenges to our real estate industry, few more important than valuation. Evaluating properties depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the valuation assignment from all pertinent perspectives.

According to industry estimates, more than 10 million BPOs are performed annually throughout the country. BPOs provide critical information for decisions, and have been widely adopted as a valuation tool in the mortgage industry and – increasingly – for government programs intended to aid the economy and help homeowners avoid foreclosure. A useful summary of how BPOs are utilized is available here.  For brokers and agents, BPOs provide multiple professional and financial opportunities for growth and expansion.

Businesses are taking notice and increasing their online presence, especially on Facebook and Twitter. Real estate professionals are also using social media to offer advice, serve as a resource, and position themselves as the expert in a particular area.
