There are many people who claim that A.I. will be able to price your home without seeing it in person.
That claim is, and will always be, false.
Zillow tried and On November 2, 2021, Zillow announced it would cease the program, lay off 25% of its workforce, and sell off its existing inventory, incurring over $ 881 million in losses.
WHY? Because A.I. can not see the improvements, the feeling you get when looking out across the back yard, or what your street and neighborhood looks like.
Actually knowing the subdivisions locally, and understanding the differences in pricing between subdivisions, can not be calculated by a computer.
