BPO stands for Broker Price Opinions. These reports are not Appraisals, but detailed Market analysts of many aspects to determine a “street value” of real estate property.
Many Mortgage Lenders and Major Banks use Broker Price Opinions to stay abreast of their portfolio property values based on their exposure in loans balances.
