Listing 4-Plex Units is a very complex type of sale. I have the years of experience to take care for all the details. There is the Tenants, the Property Manager to work with. If I represent you as the Seller, there needs to be a very good negotiator on your side. If you want to Buy, then an experienced Buyer Agent is needed. Either way, I am experienced to handle these types of sales or purchases.
South Texas has plenty of land that is still undeveloped. There is a strong demand still for land that is in the growth patterns of the McAllen - Metroplex. I have experience with land surveyors, planning and zoning, water districts, canal rights, right of ways, easements, and more! These types of sales are usually complex and for large amounts of money. You need a negotiator in your corner that knows values and how to close deals!
