My family roots go back 3 generations here in McAllen, Tx.
Born and raised in McAllen, I grew up seeing the growth from a small farming town of 25,000 to today's vibrant city. My grandmother was a real estate broker in the 40s to the 70s. I have been licensed since 1994 and deliver integrity, experience, communication while using the newest technology to promote, advertise and conduct business with my Clients. Let me help you with my 30+ years of experience.

This is how I was brought up in our family business as a child. HARD work and gratitude to SERVE our Clients and Customers. My Grandfather and Father instilled principles that endure the test of time. When you have so many people competing for the Customer, your relationship, service, and ethics is your VALUE!
I KNOW McAllen, Tx and have experienced and seen it grow during my entire lifetime.
I am known as a hard working, honest, and ethical man who has your best interest at heart.
Through the years I was in retail business, always supported Elks, Kiwanis, Rotary, & Realty groups.
Won several Top Producer awards in Real Estate. Also Chaired the Bylaws Committee in MLS - Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS
Have completed and registered with Texas Real Estate Commission over 900+ college hours of real estate education.
Studied and passed the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals exam.
"Land Man" working as Buyer Agent for large multi-million dollar, 400+ acre, community.
Studied and completed to serve as a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. (6+ years experience)

My Grandfather Womeldorf arrived in McAllen from Womelsdorf, PA in 1913. Established a shoe & boot repair and saddle shop. He was serving the federal troops here guarding the Tx/Mex border.

My father opened a Sporting Goods store in 1950 after the war. The shoe repair was relocated to the rear of the business. I started working when I was in 2nd grade after school. Cleaning shoes, and getting into mischief along the way. <smile>
1970 - The Year I Graduated From McHi
My mother built a western wear store on the Northern part of town. This was a landmark for North McAllen at the time. She purchased a fiberglass statue of a golden palomino, raring up on his back legs. This was mounted on a 15 foot pole in the front of the store. The town was basically farmsland with small gravel or partially paved roads going North from Harvey. Then years later Nolana Ave was the "Northern Paved road." My Grandmother was a Real Estate Broker in McAllen
1993 - The New Airport Terminal Opened
My wife of 17 years at that time was a Realtor, and I wanted to follow my Grandmother's passion and my wife's also. The year was 1994 and another major Mexico de-valuation was coming. It was time for me to close the Retail / Service business that my Grandfather and Father built, and follow my passion.. I closed all the stores and received my Real Estate License in 1994. I am celebrating 30 years in Real Estate.
